Junior Client Manager

The Junior Client Manager will work closely with Senior Client Managers and Account Directors to assist and manage a number of clients to lead customer experience and engagement.

This is achieved through driving clients’ membership uptake, ensuring members are engaged on the everywomanNetwork platform and identifying new opportunities with both existing clients and potential leads.

Working with a collaborative and integrated approach to deliver bespoke customer solutions, this role brings a high-level of client contact and interaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

The role includes the following key responsibilities:

Client engagement
  • Main day-to-day contact for a number of SME clients
  • Managing the implementation plan and activity timelines for SME clients
  • Creation of appropriate collateral and toolkits for clients
  • Co-ordinating additional contract deliverables, including everywomanClub memberships
  • Organising quarterly meetings with client, Senior Client Manager and Account Director and is responsible for the delivery of analytics and reports
  • Supporting client renewal process with administrative assistance
  • Creating partnership contracts and facilitating internal approval process
Reporting
  • Attending internal meetings to provide client insight and member updates
  • Creation of quarterly client reports
  • Updating CRM system with client data, member analytics, product demonstration attendance and outcomes

Experience Required

  • Experience in client-facing roles - supporting relationships with FTSE 100 companies
  • Project planning and management
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development industry highly desirable
  • Problem solving and data interpretation
